Jonathan Ellman

The mind behind MindMelt

For over 10 years Jonathan was employed full-time as a computer graphic artist with a marketing/advertising company in the LA area whose clients included Warner Bros., Universal, Paramount, DreamWorks, Fox, Virgin Records, and Interscope Records to name a few. His experience includes web page design, digital video applications, motion graphics, interactive content, as well as standard desktop publishing and pre-press work. In addition, he managed an online store for a significant client selling promotional items and music from their catalog worldwide.

Jonathan has successfully gone on to do freelance and consulting work with various clients and businesses. Jonathan Ellman’s knowledge of computers and his dedication to keeping up with technology has proven to be a credit to his clientele, having extensive work in Information Technology, including e-commerce, network, security, and VPN solutions.

Jonathan attended the University of California, at Santa Barbara, studying Computer Science and Engineering during his freshman and sophomore years. Discovering an interest in life sciences, he focused on Biochemistry and in 1995 graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacology. Jonathan continued to further his education taking classes at UCLA from multimedia to animation in the highly accredited Film, Entertainment, and New Media Department.

With an eye for aesthetics and a mind for information, Ellman launched MindMelt in the early 2000s as the ideal synergy of design, marketing, and technology and has successfully gone on to do freelance and consulting work with a variety of clients specializing in web design, internet marketing, corporate identity and a variety of creative/multimedia ventures.
